The answer is yes. Not only is it safe it can be taken by children and animals. Our bodies are designed with two types of receptors for cannabinoid like CBD. The American Epilepsy Society lead doctors says, “CBD appears to effective sometimes extremely effective, treatment that is safe and well tolerated overall.”
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?
Can I overdose. You cannot overdose on CBD, but only small amounts are needed to experience the benefits. Most people report that between 20-60 milligrams per day are effective for most uses. Those with chronic pain or anxiety tend to use more milligrams per day. While those with minor symptoms like muscle spasms or chronic headaches, report that only a few milligrams works for them.

WILL IT MAKE ME FAIL A DRUG TEST?
The answer is NO. Only a metabolite produced from THC, or the Tetrahydrocannabinol, is tested for in a drug. CBD is an isolated molecule and does not cause the body to produce this metabolite in meaningful amounts. Whole plant, or full spectrum CBD oils do contain trace amounts of THC, but in such small amounts, you would have to consume much larger quantities to reach the limits of such current drug tests.
